In Presence Sauvage, colour becomes force rather than description—a field where cobalt, ochre, and vermilion remain in continuous exchange.

Broad gestures traverse the surface with both certainty and release. They gather, fracture, and disperse, leaving behind a shifting architecture that never fully settles. Depth is carried less by illusion than by the accumulation of movement itself.

The painting hovers between instinct and structure. Nothing is fixed; each mark seems to emerge in response to the one before it, allowing the image to unfold through rhythm rather than design.

Wildness is not presented as excess or disorder, but as an elemental condition—measured, expansive, and quietly irreducible.

What remains is an enduring sense of presence: a work that continues to shift with attention, revealing new intervals of colour, space, and light with each encounter.
